I’m Miriam, the courses creator and primary teacher. Yoga has been part of my life for many years and I am grateful to share the practice and philosophy with the world, keeping true as much as possible to the traditional ways. Together with our highly skilled team, we support, encourage and empower our students on this educational, transformational and joyful experience to learn, develop and become confident and knowledgeable yoga teachers. Aegialis Hotel and Spa is an incredibly beautiful place, luxurious and quiet, surrounded by a wild and raw nature, either on land or in the big blue. Everything I may need was taken in charge, the staff is so nice and open.

The hotel is beautiful, and the energy that surrounds the facilities is so beautiful and peaceful. I will be forever grateful for Miriam and her teachings. The knowledge she has and the energy within and around her are amazing.

Thank you Kaliovi for being so kind and calm. The whole Spa Team is so friendly and great. The food was really, really good so thanks to the whole kitchen team.
